Information you provide

Information may include your name, contact details, vehicle or equipment information, project description, photographs, referral information, employment application information, an optional résumé or supporting document, and messages you choose to provide. We will not request passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, tax identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a website request. Employment applicants should also not submit medical records, disability or diagnosis information, or accommodation details through the application form.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and provide service, communicate about requested work, review employment applications, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and meet legal, accounting, warranty, safety, and employment obligations.

Website forms and email

Website requests are validated through a same-origin form endpoint and transmitted directly from the live website to Web3Forms using domain restriction and Cloudflare Turnstile. Downey Enterprise and its service providers process submitted contact, project, referral, nomination, and employment application information only for the purposes described in this policy.

Employment applications

Application information is used to evaluate qualifications, communicate with applicants, arrange interviews, document hiring decisions, and meet applicable legal obligations. Applicant information is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

SMS and text messaging

Text messages are used for requested service communication. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You may request that text communication stop.

Sharing and service providers

Downey Enterprise does not sell customer information as a customer list. Information may be handled by service providers used for email, communications, scheduling, website hosting, security, accounting, payment processing, or service fulfillment, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect customers, the business, or the public.

Security and retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used based on the information and service involved, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal, accounting, warranty, security, and operational purposes.

Children and policy changes

The website is intended for adults seeking business services and is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
