Quotes and estimates

Estimates depend on the information and condition available at the time. Final scope and pricing may change if inspection reveals different conditions. Material changes require customer approval before additional work proceeds.

Scheduling, payment, and service

Appointments, parts availability, deposits, accepted payment methods, cancellations, warranties, and completion timing are confirmed for the specific job. Safety, legal, licensing, insurance, equipment, and capability requirements may limit available work.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate ownership, vehicle, equipment, condition, and access information. Key programming and similar services may require identification and proof of ownership.

Employment applications

Submitting an application does not create an employment contract, guarantee an interview, or guarantee employment. Applicants must provide accurate, job-related information. Any employment offer, verification, authorization, or onboarding requirement will be handled separately and subject to applicable law.

Restricted lighting and equipment

Michigan and Ohio restrict flashing, oscillating, and rotating lights according to color, vehicle class, work being performed, and conditions of use. A qualifying commercial vehicle may use the color allowed for its work without separate agency authorization. Restricted public-safety colors and equipment require proof that the customer, vehicle, and intended use fall within the applicable legal exception.

Downey Enterprise may refuse work when insurance coverage, equipment eligibility, or lawful use cannot be established. SMS terms

Messages relate to requested business communication. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply or request STOP to end nonessential text communication.
